Bret Colavolpe enters his seventh season as an assistant coach for the Albertus Magnus men's soccer team in 2013.

Colavolpe, a four-year starter for the Falcons from 2003-06, graduated from Albertus Magnus in 2007 with a degree in Mathematics before being named an assistant coach for Jim Bernardo.

While playing at Albertus, Colavolpe was named to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) All-Conference Second Team as a senior in 2006 and earned a spot on the GNAC All-Tournament Team in 2005. He also served as a team captain for the Falcons as both a junior and senior.

Colavolpe is currently in his sixth year of teaching Mathematics and is now a teacher at Troup School in New Haven.
