Curt Hawkes previously coached for seven seasons at Maloney High School (Meriden, Conn.).

He is the former owner of "The Cage", a training facility located in Branford, Conn., and coached  the Connecticut Hornets travel program for eight seasons before joining Albertus head coach Ed Emelita's staff with the Connecticut Raiders four years ago.
