Suraci, Calechman, and Senna Named to All GNAC Team
The Albertus Magnus College Men's Baseball Program had three players selected to the GNAC All Conference team. Senior Utility player Erik Suraci (West Haven, CT) was named to the First Team All-GNAC. Suraci batted .386 with an ob% .410 including 9 doubles, 2 triples, and 2 homeruns before missing the last 6 games due to injury. Senior pitcher BJ Senna (Wallingford, CT) was named to the Third Team All-GNAC. Senna led the team in era, batting average against, and strike out to walk ratio despite missing the last three weeks of the season due to a leg injury. Junior shortstop Kyle Calechman (North Haven, CT) was named to the Third Team All-GNAC. Calechman led the team in most offensive categories (44 hits, 5 HR, 4 3b, 9 2b, 18 bb, , and .453 ob%).
