NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Pierson Hester (Nashville, Tenn.) of the Albertus Magnus College men's golf team was named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Rookie of the Week after winning the Albertus Magnus College Fall Invitational on Tuesday, September 2nd.

Hester finished his day - in his first career collegiate tournament - with a four-over par 74, including three birdies on the back nine at the New Haven Country Club.

The Falcons also took home the team event with a +33, 313.
