DANBURY, Conn. - The Albertus Magnus College men's tennis team lost a 5-2 match to Western Connecticut State University on Friday afternoon.
The Falcons dropped the doubles point as the Wolves won all three doubles matches.
In singles, Eric Chamandy (Montreal, Quebec) won at No. 2, defeating Aiden Burke, 6-3 6-4. Peter Keese (Minnetonka, Minn.) picked up a 6-2, 6-0 win in straight sets over Jack Buck in No. 4.
Cody Walker (Boise, ID.) played a spirited match in No. 6, but fell in three sets, 4-6, 6-3, 10-5.
Albertus moves to 5-3 on the season while the Wolves move to 6-9.
The Falcons take on Curry on the road on Sunday at 11 a.m.
