Providence, RI - The Albertus Magnus College Men's Volleyball team dropped both sets of a double header against visiting York College on Saturday afternoon In the opening match York posted a 3-0 victory over the Falcons (25-19, 25-20, 25-15) while upending the Falcons 3-0 (25-9, 25-14, 25-16) in the second match.
Freshman outside hitter Douglas DeSousa (Danbury, CT/Danbury) led the Falcons on the day with 16 kills while senior setter David Teodosio (Guilford, CT/Notre Dame West Haven) added a 20 assists on the afternoon.
Albertus drops to 0-4, 0-2 GNAC while York College improves to 4-2 0-0 CUNY.
The Falcons travel to Newtown, MA for a Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) match against host Mount Ida College on Saturday.
