Newton, MA - The Albertus Magnus College Men's Volleyball team dropped a 3-0 (25-14, 25-20, 25-17) decision to host and Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) opponent Mount Ida College on Saturday afternoon.

The Falcons were led by freshman outside hitter Douglas DeSousa (Danbury, CT/Danbury) and his team high six kills.  Freshman setter Nam Dy (Lindenwold, NJ/Camden County Tech) led the way with three service aces and seven assists.

Albertus drops to 0-5, 0-3 GNAC while Mount Ida College improves to 1-5, 1-3 GNAC this season.

The Falcons travel to Boston, MA to take on GNAC opponent Emmanuel College and non-conference opponent Lesley college on Sunday.
