Glenn Johnson of the Albertus Magnus men's volleyball team has been named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Rookie of the Week as announced by the league office on Monday night.

Johnson averaged 3.57 kills per set as the Falcons won their first-ever postseason contest in program history with a 3-1 win over Wentworth on April 10. Johnson recorded 25 kills in 51 attempts on the week for the Falcons, while averaging 0.43 digs per set as well. He also tallied four total blocks in two matches.

Johnson and the Falcons will take on Endicott College on Saturday, April 21 in the ECAC Semifinals. That match is slated for an 11:00 a.m. start time. Endicott enters the match with a 16-14 overall record, while the Falcons are 19-9 on the year as they are currently in their best season in program history.
