NEW HAVEN, Conn. - Christmas Johnson (Winnipeg, Manitoba) of the Albertus Magnus women's ice hockey team was named the United Collegiate Hockey Conference (UCHC) Goaltender of the Week.
Johnson made her presence known in the Falcons' weekend sweep over the Chatham University Cougars as the team climbed to a 4-0-0 record to start their 2025-26 campaign. In a 5-1 win on Friday afternoon, Johnson made 24 saves on 25 shots. On Saturday morning in the team's 3-2 win, she stopped 31 of 33 shots on goal.
It was the second time this season she has been named UCHC Goaltender of the Week.
The junior goalie improved to a 4-0-0 record on the season, and with 1,657 career saves between the pipes.
