NEW HAVEN, Conn. - The Albertus Magnus College women's tennis team lost a tough 4-3 match to John Jay College on Saturday in non-conference play.
The match was the final home game of the season for the Falcons who honored JuJu Oliver, Bailey Mitchell-Warren, Julianna Sigut and Amanda Borges as part of Senior Day.
Shawna Glsgow and Ayanna Perez won their doubles no. 3 match, but the Bloodhounds took the two points as they won no. 1 and no. 2 doubles.
Oliver won her no. 1 singles match over Sarina Moi, 6-3, 7-5 and Osiana Brown won her no. 2 match, 6-2, 7-5.
The Falcons will head to Regis to take on the Pride on Tuesday, October 8.
