Kaitlin D'Agostino enters her third season as head women's lacrosse coach in 2026. 

In 2025, the Falcons finished with a 0-15 record. Under D'Agostino, the women's lacrosse team had six student-athletes named to the GNAC All-Academic team and Amber DeJonge (Grand Rapids, Mich.) was also named to the 2025 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Women's At-Large Team.

The women's lacrosse team finished the season with a 1-15 record with their lone victory coming in a 16-7 conference win over Mitchell on March 26. Samantha Helwig (Northford, Conn.) led the way for the Falcons with 23 points on 22 goals and one assist for the season, including a seven-goal performance against Mitchell. Amber DeJonge (Grand Rapids, M.I.) also had a good year for the Falcons, recording 14 points on 12 goals and two assists.

D'Agostino is a two-time alum at Albertus Magnus as she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Art with a concentration in Graphic Design in May 2020, and then a Master of Business Administration in May 2023.

"Kaitlin was a highly decorated student-athlete and active member of the campus community while both an undergraduate and graduate student. She knows the standards and expectations that go with putting on a Falcons uniform. We look forward to seeing Kaitlin lead our program," Athletic Director Michael Kobylanski said. 

Most recently D'Agostino finished up her playing career at Albertus in 2023. As a student-athlete, she was a two-time recipient of both the MVP and Falcon award for women's lacrosse. Also, she received the Female Scholar-Athlete Award in 2019 and served as a team captain in 2020 and 2023. She holds the program record with 110 points and 86 goals in 65 career games for the Falcons. 

D'Agostino served as a volunteer assistant field hockey coach this past fall season for Albertus and was previously a volunteer assistant coach for both the Varsity and JV lacrosse teams at Sacred Heart Academy.

D'Agostino was also a competitive figure skater and was a member of Team USA for the 2021-2022 Synchronized Skating season. She is a two-time junior bronze medalist at U.S. Collegiate Nationals.
