Albertus Magnus men's basketball player Eian Davis (Brooklyn, N.Y.) has been named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Player of the Week as announced by the league office on Monday afternoon.

In a 3-0 week for the No. 7 nationally ranked Falcons, Davis averaged 23.7 points, 9.3 rebounds and 8.7 assists, while shooting 59.5 percent (25-42 FG) from the floor. Davis tallied a triple-double in an overtime win over Emmanuel on Tuesday with a career high 37 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists.

He also had 17 points, seven rebounds and 10 assists in a win on Thursday over Mount Ida before totaling 17 points, 11 boards and six assists in a road win at Anna Maria on Saturday.

Davis and the Falcons will host Suffolk on Tuesday night in the GNAC Tournament Quarterfinal round.  Tip is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
