Freshman Alex Zapata (Hamden, Conn.) has been named to the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Weekly Honor Roll as announced by the league office on Monday afternoon.

Zapata scored two goals on five shots as he led the Falcons in a 3-1 win over Suffolk on Oct. 8 with one goal scored. He added his second goal of the week in the Falcons' 2-1 loss at Lasell.

The freshman has five goals on the year and 13 points for the Falcons.

Albertus returns to action on Thursday when the Falcons host Newbury in non-conference action beginning at 3:30 p.m.
