For their work in the classroom, Joao Oliveira (Middletown, Conn.), Bennett Walsh (Springfield, Mass.) and Donaldo Yanez (West Haven, Conn.) were all named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team.

During the 2024 season, Hamasian's Falcons finished with an 11-5-4 record overall and 10-1-3 in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC), earning the second seed in the conference tournament. Albertus won its GNAC semifinals game over Rivier in the 100th minute on a goal from Morgan Stone, advancing to the semifinals.

The 11 wins were the most in a season for Hamasian as the Falcons had six players make the All-GNAC team. Lorenzo Lauria and Gabriel Paglia each made the first team, while Johan Stagnaro, EJ Gonzalez and David Lucero made the second team. Roger Baldwin was named to the third team.

Lauria, who was fourth in the GNAC with 10 goals and sixth with 22 points, was also named to the United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division III Men's All-Region 1 Team. Gonzalez, Baldwin, Stone, Elijah French, Colby Nardelli, and Joao Oliveira were all named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team.

In 2023, Hamasian's team finished with a 10-3-5 overall record while going 8-2-4 in conference play. With eight victories in the GNAC, the men's soccer team finished fourth in the conference. Kelvin Cortez (Meriden, Conn.) led the way with 29 points, tied for first in the GNAC, and earned All-GNAC first-team recognition. David Lucero (East Haven, Conn.) and Declan Ryan (Hamden, Conn.) earned All-GNAC second and third team, respectively, and Kris Bocchio (Middletown, Conn.) was named to the All-Rookie team. In addition, recognized for their work in the classroom, Ryan, EJ Gonzalez (Chesire, Conn.) and Roger Baldwin (New Haven, Conn.) were named to the CSC Academic All-District Team.

The Falcons finished the 2022 campaign with an 8-6-4 overall record and a 6-3-3 mark in league play. With six wins in its GNAC slate, Albertus made its 26th appearance in the conference tournament, challenging the University of Saint Joseph (Conn.) in an epic double-overtime battle in the Quarterfinals.

For their work in the classroom, Gonzalez and Ryan were named to the 2022 CSC Academic All-District Men's Soccer Team.

In 2021, in his second season at the helm of the men’s soccer program, Hamasian guided the men’s soccer team to their best season in a decade, going 10-5-1 overall, with a conference mark of 8-2-1, on his way to being named the 2021 GNAC Coach of the Year. The Falcons started the season with a seven-game winning streak, picking up five conference victories during that span, to go along with four shut-outs.

Three Falcons - senior Abdoul Aremu (West Haven, Conn.), Cortez, and sophomore Garfield Robinson (West Haven, Conn.) - picked up All-Conference nods. At the same time, Arian Bobi (Amity, Conn.) and Gonzalez were named to the GNAC All-Rookie Team.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the men's soccer team could not compete in a regular-season or GNAC Tournament in 2020. The Falcons competed in five exhibition games against Eastern Connecticut State, Trinity (Conn.), Coast Guard, Becker, and USJ (Conn.).

Hamasian also served as an assistant coach under former head coach Brett Colavolpe. During that span, the men's soccer team has compiled an overall record of 22-25-7 and has secured three consecutive GNAC Tournament berths. In addition to the overall success of the Albertus Magnus Falcons, Hamasian also coached six players to All-Conference selections over his three years as an assistant.

In 2016, Hamasian served as a volunteer assistant coach for the University of New Haven women's soccer team.

Before joining the New Haven coaching staff, Hamasian also had experience as the head coach of the West Haven High School boy's soccer program and with No. 1 Soccer Camps, FSA FC United, and Cheshire Soccer Club. He holds a USSF Class D Coaching Licence.

As a player, Hamasian appeared in 70 games on the backline for Albertus Magnus College. As a junior and senior team captain, he helped lead the Falcons to 25 wins in his final two seasons, including a berth in the Great Northeast Conference Championship Game in 2010.
