The Falcons dropped the other match of the day to visiting Mount Saint Vincent 3-0 (25-11, 25-14, 25-13).

  • Falcons Drop Heartbreaker to Yeshiva, Fall to Emerson

    New Haven, CT - The Albertus Magnus College Men's Volleyball team lost a heartbreaker to Yeshiva University in five sets after overcoming a 2-0 deficit before losing 19-17 in the fifth set. The Falcons dropped the first match to 12th ranked Emmanuel College 3-0 (25-6, 25-7, 25-8). The second match saw the Falcons fall behind 2-0 before forcing a fifth set with 25-14 and well deserved 29-27 wins in the third and fourth sets respectively.

In the opening match Emmanuel posted a 3-0 victory over the Falcons (25-6, 25-7, 25-11) while Lesley College defeated the Falcons 3-0 (25-16, 25-10, 26-24).

In the opening match Emerson posted a 3-0 victory over the Falcons (25-10, 25-12, 25-12) while Johnson and Wales defeated the Falcons 3-0 (25-10, 25-16, 25-15).

    The Albertus Magnus College Athletic Department is pleased to announce the release of the 2011 Men's Volleyball Schedule. Albertus opens the 2011 campaign on Saturday January 22 as they travel to Boston, MA for a Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Tri-match against Emerson College and Johnson & Wales University.
