Oliver Becomes Winningest Coach for Albertus Men's Basketball

Head coach Mitch Oliver earned his 70th career victory to become the winningest coach in Albertus Magnus men's basketball history as the Falcons earned a conference win over Emerson on Thursday night.

With the 22-point victory, the Falcons improve to 11-1 on the year, while Oliver's record at the helm of the Albertus men's basketball program improves to 70-53. He is currently in his fifth season as the Falcons' head coach.

With his 69th career win at Rivier on Tuesday, Oliver tied Bob McMahon for the most wins in program history.  McMahon finished his 10-year tenure (1997-2007) with an overall record of 69-185.

Oliver and the Falcons head to Boston, Mass. on Saturday, Jan. 14 for their next contest, which will be played at Emerson beginning at 2:00 p.m.
