The Albertus Magnus men's basketball team has received votes in the D3Hoops.com Top-25 poll, which was released Monday evening. This is the second time that the Falcons have received votes in the respected poll under the leadership of current head coach Mitch Oliver.
After the Falcons trip to the NCAA Tournament during the 2009-10 season, Albertus received votes on the final poll of the year.
In this week's poll, the eighth of the current season, the Falcons earned four votes. The D3hoops.com Top 25 is voted on by a panel of 25 coaches, Sports Information Directors and media members from across the country.
The Falcons are 14-1 on the year and have won nine-straight games heading into Tuesday night's battle against Lasell. The Falcons also remain unbeaten in Great Northeast Athletic Conference play as they stand at 9-0 in league action.
