    The NCAA has recognized the Albertus Magnus men’s basketball team as the Division III statistical leader in three different categories during the 2014-15 season. The Falcons led the nation in scoring margin, blocked shots per game, and winning percentage.

    The Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) has announced its All-Academic Team for the 2014-15 school year. This year, 48 student-athletes from Albertus Magnus College were among the 822 members of the Academic Team from 12 full-time institutions and 10 associate member institutions in the conference.

Ljuljdjuraj is just one of three Albertus players in program history to earn the elite recognition.

Albertus Magnus senior Victor Ljuljdjuraj (Yorktown Heights, N.Y.) has been selected to the Reese's West All-Star Team.

This is the third-straight week that the Falcons have received first-place votes nationally after receiving two first-place votes for the first time in program history two weeks ago.

    For the fifth time in the last six seasons, the Albertus Magnus men’s basketball team will play in the Division III NCAA Tournament set to begin Friday, March 6. The Falcons are 27-1 on the year, one of the best records in DIII men’s basketball, and will face Springfield College at Dickinson College in Carlisle, PA in first-round tournament action.

    Senior Victor Ljuljdjuraj (Yorktown Heights, N.Y.) was named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Tournament Most Valuable Player as he tallied 24 points, 17 rebounds and nine blocks as the Albertus Magnus men’s basketball team defeated Johnson & Wales (R.I.) 98-85 in the GNAC Championship on Saturday.
